The goal with this first production is to create the two minute Austin Club film while making the shoot work harder than a single finished piece. We would build the day around the film, but deliberately capture the building, rooms, people, details, service moments and exterior material in a way that also creates a deeper visual library the Club can continue using across web, social and future communications.
Our recommendation is Package 1 if you want full Outrider involvement from concept through delivery. I would lead the creative and direction, we would shoot the principal day plus a targeted pickup day, then carry the project through edit, music and finishing while organizing that additional material into a reusable content library. Key coverage would be composed with both horizontal and vertical use in mind.
Packages 2 and 3 bring the cost down by moving more of the creative and editorial work to the Austin Club team rather than changing the quality of the shoot itself. Faith already has a strong visual point of view in her planning document, so if she has the editing capacity, we can focus on putting cinema grade material in her hands and let her take it from there. Package 2 preserves both production days. Package 3 limits the scope to the principal day.
